1. Payment: Payment for dental treatments and services at Özel Beyaz Diş Clinic is due in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Any outstanding balances must be settled before the completion of treatment.

2. Booking: To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Treatment Plans: All treatment plans provided by Özel Beyaz Diş Clinic are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. The cost of treatment may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the case, the materials used, and any additional procedures required.

5. Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a guarantee on certain dental treatments. Please speak with your dentist for specific details regarding the guarantee period and any terms and conditions that may apply.

6. Insurance: Özel Beyaz Diş Clinic does not directly bill insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company regarding coverage and reimbursement policies.

7. Refunds: Refunds for dental treatments or services rendered are at the discretion of Özel Beyaz Diş Clinic management. Refunds may be provided in cases where treatment has not been completed or if there are extenuating circumstances. Any refunds issued will be subject to a processing fee.

8. Patient Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the patient to provide accurate medical history, disclose any medications or allergies, and follow post-treatment care instructions provided by their dentist. Failure to do so may result in complications or compromised treatment outcomes.

9. Privacy: Özel Beyaz Diş Clinic respects patient privacy and complies with all applicable data protection laws. Patient information is kept confidential and is only shared with authorized personnel involved in providing treatment and care.
